Eligibility for Refund
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- All products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer support team to initiate a return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.
- Package the item securely, including the original packaging and a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ship the package to our return address provided by our customer support team.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and it passes our inspection, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, upon verification of the issue.
